Sub-Acute and Community Leave cover
This position will provide the successful applicant opportunities to gain experience working in a well-supported multi-disciplinary team environment with patients in the sub-acute hospital. Work areas include Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM), inpatient rehabilitation and community therapy services. This role provides clinical cover in instances of staff leave which gives excellent opportunity to experience various teams in the sub-acute and community hospital services. The Social Worker provides quality care to clients through competent clinical skills, effective communication, and active participation within a multidisciplinary team environment. The Social Work team consists of over 40 staff members who work across the City and Royal Park Campuses in acute, sub-acute and community based services across a range of specialties.
