Speech Pathologist Grade 2

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Speech Pathology team. This is a fixed term full time role based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) City Campus in the acute team.

Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a Grade 2 clinician, with acute experience, to join the RMH Speech Pathology department. Working as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, the Speech Pathologist will be responsible for the assessment and management of an acute caseload.

About You:

  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You bring clinical skills in comprehensive assessment, management and discharge planning, with a good working knowledge of community support services.
  • You display professional behaviour and conduct which reflects self-initiative, confidentiality, self-evaluation and commitment to professional development.
  • You are able to manage a demanding workload, and effectively prioritise tasks.
