Senior Social Worker – Grade 3
Inpatient Rehabilitation (Sub-acute)
As a senior clinician, this position requires the successful applicant to provide key clinical services and leadership in the multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team. This role involves the provision of exemplary Social Work service, supervision and education of student and junior Social Workers and will be a leading member of our supportive team. The Social Work team consists of over 45 staff members who work across the City and Royal Park Campuses in acute, sub-acute and community based services across a range of specialties. This position has a leading role in ensuring excellence in patient care, implementation and organisation of clinical and professional teams and fostering staff development.
As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.
