Your new team

  • Working  closely with the Grade 4 Lead Renal dietitian

  • Shape the Renal nutrition service

  • Provide an evidence based best practice approach 

  • Participate in research and quality

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Demonstrate a leading clinical role within Clinical Nutrition, The Royal Melbourne Hospital and the broader professional community;

  • Provide expert and authoritative advice, reasoned recommendations and innovative options and solutions in areas of complex clinical care related to the areas of his/her expertise in Clinical Nutrition

  • Provide teaching where relevant – internal and external

  • Model effective interdisciplinary practice to achieve excellent patient care

  • Lead annual discussion process for self and relevant staff

Your Contribution

  • An experienced renal dietitian with at least 7 years experience

  • Eligible for full membership of the DA

  • Extensive Experience in the renal setting

  • Demonstrated ability to use and model evidence based practice

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Innovative, resourceful and adaptive to change
