About Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology Services
Monash Health houses the largest team of Physiotherapists and Physiologists in Victoria with approximately 350 staff employed across the organisation. In addition to this role we employ Clinical Grade 4 stream leaders across eight clinical areas, providing clinical expertise and leadership across Monash Health. We are committed to developing research capability across our workforce leading to evidence generation and translation.
About the Role
About you
Reporting to the Head of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology, and working collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Management team and the broader Allied Health Leadership team, the ability to drive innovation through clinical research translation is key to meeting the future needs of our patients. You will possess the interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and a demonstrated commitment to best practice. You are an experienced clinical researcher with a publication portfolio, holding post graduate research qualifications.
You are an innovative and dynamic leader in the field of Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. Leading research initiatives and capability development will be an area that will excite you. Due to your proven leadership experience, you will bring knowledge of evidence translation and innovation to ensure Monash Health continues meet needs of our community now and in the future.
