Graduate Nurse Midwife Program
The Aim
To provide the graduate nurse/midwife with a supported year in a dynamic health service to facilitate the transition from tertiary student to a confident and competent Registered Nurse/Midwife.
Program Structure
Clinical Placements
Rotations in areas such as:
Maternity Services, Acute Services
Supernumerary elective week placement in areas such as:
Family Services, Community Nursing, Haemodialysis, Perioperative Services, Mental Health.
Salary and Conditions
Salary is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives - Victorian Public Sector EBA, Salary Packaging is available.
