July 2023 Graduate Registered Midwife
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Graduate Registered Midwife (RM) to join the team at Latrobe Regional Hospital. This position will be contracted for 12-months at 0.8EFT in the Thomson - Midwifery Unit. Intakes will commence in both January and July.
Reporting to the Thomson Unit Manager, this role plays an important part in the continuum of care for women and children at Latrobe Regional Hospital. You will be expected to perform the duties of a Registered Midwife during your graduate year and expected to meet all the requirements outlined in the Position Description attached.
Graduates who are successful in obtaining this position will have a strong clinical focus with the desire to continue to develop as a midwife with an understanding of the importance of family centred care.
