Grievance Resolution Support Manager Located at Burwood East

On-going Full-time role

PTA 7, $142,675 - $157,366.18 pa (plus 10% super)

About the Role:

In this key role you will have responsibility for the oversight of workplace complaints and the related systems and processes across the organisation. Working closely and collaboratively with case managers, you will play both a coaching and educational role, providing guidance and support to ensure the timely, efficient, and effective resolution of all workplace complaints. You will provide input into regular reporting including on agreed performance measures and monitoring and utilising the functionality of a complaints management system with further, detailed responsibilities to be found in the Position Description.

About You:

To succeed in this important position, a highly analytical mind and strong attention to detail are critical and a tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources or a related discipline is essential.  

You may have a legal background, having shifted into an inhouse consulting role or alternatively demonstrable experience in dispute resolution in a large organisation. You will have proven, extensive experience in workplace conflict resolution and negotiation, including a strong understanding of the nuances involved in the management of technical issues, complex behavioural and sensitive investigations.

Further, you will have demonstrated experience in quickly developing and maintaining effective working relationships both internal and external to organisations. Coaching and developing others will come naturally to you and you are adept at providing plain English advice and guidance.
