What You Will Be Doing

The Head of Mental Health Transformation will lead critical change activities for the Mental Health Services at Peninsula Health. This role will lead the transformative team and all associated key projects related to the transformation plan and with mental health reform. The Head of Mental Health Transformation will liaise with all stakeholders building foundationally strong relationships, to support and improve the management of change within the organisation whilst ensuring initiatives are continually evaluated and contributing to the changes aim.
Salary will be paid dependent on experience.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
•Qualification and/or demonstrated professional experience in Human Resources and/or Occupational Health and Safety.
•Relevant professional experience in Mental Health Services.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Clinical and Non-Clinical staff, champion change management and drive uptake in new initiatives in the health sector.
•Experience in successfully establishing and refining workable systems to introduce new models of care.
•Knowledge of improvement methodologies and project management experience.
•Demonstrable experience in change management systems and translation of evidence to improving practice.
•Experience in multidisciplinary care and current knowledge of best practice in patient-centered care.
•Excellent strategic communication skills.
