Your opportunity

Join a supportive and collaborative team supporting the Health Information System at RMH.



  • Preparation, scanning and quality assurance of patient medical records

  • Completing hospital ward rounds to collect notes in a timely manner for scanning

  • Operate and maintain RMH systems, including:

  • Patient Administration System (iPM)

  • Digital medical record system Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR-Epic)

  • And any other relevant system used by Health Information Services

  • Actioning release of information requests received by external organisations

  • Filing and tracking of paper based medical records


About You:  



  • Medical Terminology knowledge

  • Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Effective organizational and time management skills

  • Previous experience with working within a health information service will be highly regarded.

  • Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
