Your role in our future


The Health, Safety & Wellbeing Consultant is fundamental part of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team in implementation of safety functions and programs, in a practical and applied way.  This includes the development of innovative practices to improve the safety management system.



The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Peter Mac complies with OHS legislation and best practice policies and procedures are in place.



As a member of the broader People & Culture team, the  Health, Safety & Wellbeing Consultant will work within the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to deliver a safe work environment and a proactive safety culture in line with the organisation’s values and strategic direction.



This exciting opportunity calls for remarkable candidates that can demonstrate –



  • Specialist knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and evaluating contemporary and innovative health and safety strategies

  • Expert knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Workers Compensation legislation and regulations and WorkSafe guidelines
