ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking passionate Home Care Workers to support our clients located on the Mornington Peninsula to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

The role offers:

-      Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team

-      Flexible working hours

-      Opportunity to work close to home - service locations include (Rosebud, Dromana,Frankston, Seaford, Carrum Downs)


ABOUT YOU:

If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people in your local community, have a relevant qualification including a current First Aid certificate (level 2), a current Drivers Licence and NDIS clearance check, then we want to hear from you!
