ABOUT THE ROLES: We are seeking Home Care Workers and Domestic Assistants to support our (primarily Aged) clients living at home in the inner Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a rewarding, hands on role that will give you the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our clients by enabling them to live independently at home.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assistance with personal care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Assisted shopping/client appointments
  • Respite care
  • Meal preparation

Casual work is currently available Monday to Friday, with some weekend work. Where possible, successful applicants will be rostered to a specific geographic / local government area with the aim to limit travel.

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in the Home Care Worker role, candidates will require the following:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home Care, Individual Support or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

To be successful in the Domestic Assistant role, it is desirable to have:

  • Previous professional experience in home based Domestic Assistance duties
  • Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
