Fixed Term contract (until end June 2024) part-time (64 hours per fortnight) 

An excellent opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced Social Worker or Community Development Worker to join our Community Health Housing and Homelessness Services Team. Using a strengths-based empowerment model, the core function of the Housing Support Worker is to provide quality case management, case coordination, support, and information to homeless individuals and families with complex needs.

 

About you

To be successful you will need to be tertiary qualified in Social Work or Community Development, have current and relevant experience in this sector. You will be required to have strong interpersonal and communication skills to achieve high quality client care.
