A fantastic ongoing opportunity is available for a HR generalist who is looking to broaden their experience within DPC's People and Culture team - a close-knit group of HR staff who work across the department and its portfolio agencies to create a high performing workplace that puts people first.
As the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR advice and guidance to managers and staff across the department on a broad range of HR matters.
Working collaboratively with Senior HR Business Partners and other staff within People and Culture, you will provide coaching and support, in line with organisational priorities and relevant government policy, legislation, industrial awards and departmental policies.
