HR Project Advisor, SuccessFactors - Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Annual Salary Range: $102,637 - $124,183 per annum plus superannuation
  • Tenure: Fixed Term (till 30 June 2022)
  • Employment Type:  Full Time
  • Usual Work Location: Melbourne CBD (flexibility may be available)


About the Team

This role is part of the Payroll Systems branch within the People and Business Services, which is a division that provides business enabling people and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations.


About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll assist with the design, build and implementation of our new recruitment system and processes within DoT. The role will be an expert in recruitment and onboarding, providing specialist advice on process design and will actively participate in system and process testing.


What we're looking for

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a sound understanding of operational processes in designing and optimising the recruitment process.
  • Sound judgment and demonstrated experience in operational decision making to ensure design decisions are consistent and aligned.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong and effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in providing sound advice to key stakeholders for consideration in decision making process.
  • Strong ability to use conceptual and analytical skills to develop solutions that will result in business improvements
  • Tertiary qualification in a related or relevant field is desirable.
