HR Reporting Analyst

  • Annual Salary Range: $85,279 – $96,759 per annum plus superannuation
  • Tenure: Fixed Term - 18 months
  • Employment Type:  Full Time 
  • Usual Work Location: Flexible (Melbourne CBD or Kew) (Currently work from home)

 

About the Team

The People and Business Division provides business enabling people and corporate services functions, to drive a high-performance culture and to support integrated operations.

 

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader Reporting within the Systems & Analytics function, you will join a small team dedicated to designing and developing value added reports, identifying needs and addressing specific requests of the business. The reporting team plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR and safety data focusing on providing timely and accurate information to assist with developing and measuring key metrics.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics and reporting optimisation. The ability to provide timely, high quality and innovative reports to meet specific stakeholder needs and navigating multiple complex data sets to provide a holistic service offering to the organisation. Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration are critical skills to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality data and insights to enable the organisation with evidence-based decision making for key projects, strategies and initiatives.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to assist with developing and measuring key metrics for HR & Safety
  • Designing and developing value added reports, identifying needs and addressing specific requests of the business
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of relevant data and deliver detailed reporting for all levels of the organisation
  • Provide a broad range of general support to the organization to assist with evidence-based decision making for key projects, strategies and initiatives
