Transport Safety Victoria (TSV) is Victoria's integrated safety regulator for bus, maritime & rail transport. TSV regulates the safety of all marine, train, tram & bus operations in Victoria, both directly, & through service arrangements with the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator & the Australian Maritime Safety Authority. ICT BUSINESS ANALYST

Reporting to the IT Program Manager, the ICT Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, testing and user training of a Salesforce application. This position will work within the Business Services IT team to ensure full utilisation and tailoring of the Salesforce application to support TSV's business objectives. The ICT Business Analyst will also champion continuous improvement and be a user experience champion.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated consultative approach to problem-solving, analysing different perspectives and liaising with stakeholders to identify and propose workable solutions.
  • Experience operating within an environment of continuous improvement of new products, with the ability to research and apply practical and innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly demanding and complex environment, with a high degree of responsibility and self-management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Salesforce administration experience ideally with ADM 201 certification.

Desirable Experience / Skills

  • Experience of working in an agile environment with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience of Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or similar.
