About the role

We have a number of Strategic Workforce plans underway that will mark a step change in how we respond to changing workforce pressures. You will lead several streams of work that may range from attraction and retention solutions to engagement and role design. This role is key in bringing to life and operationalising the solutions designed as part of our Strategic Workforce Planning through partnering with the business as well as other functional areas as needed.

About you   

You will bring implementation and change management experience as well as an ability to bring people together to make real impact. You have experience across HR and OD solutions impacting the Employee Lifecycle. Your attention to detail and keen project management knowledge will ensure the projects remain on track. You will understand the importance of communication across levels and will be a master facilitator – running workshops to bring our plans to life!

To be successful in this role you should possess experience in the following:

• Demonstrated HR knowledge in several domains of the employment lifecycle: in particular, organisational development and talent management solutions (and/or exposure to strategic workforce planning)   


• Demonstrated ability in translating business priorities/needs into workforce requirements


• Strong ability in building partnerships across varied stakeholder groups to consult to understand requirements, outcomes and identify appropriate solutions.


• Proactively identifying issues, through robust analysis and has recommended and implemented solutions to close identified gaps.


• Strong project management capability to ensure programs of work are scoped effectively, developed and delivered against time, quality and budget requirements.


• Identifying key trends, insights and interdependencies within various program streams and leverage this to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of the programs.


• Preparing high quality communications for a variety of audiences to ensure a high level of credibility, rapport and influence across the organisation.


• Ability to facilitate workshops and learning and development solutions


• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources/ Organisational Development/Organisational Psychology or in a related discipline desirable
