About the role:
As an Injury Management & Rehabilitation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist Victoria Police with meeting return to work (RTW) obligations in accordance with the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
You will support Victoria Police compliance with its RTW obligations through consultation and planning with relevant stakeholders and provision of support to ill/injured workers to safely and sustainably stay at work or return to work as soon as appropriate.
Reporting to the Injury Management Operations Manager, you will be experienced in and required to advise and assist managers to address complex work-related psychological injuries.
