The Investigations Compliance Officer will be part of a team reporting to the Manager, Investigations and will be responsible for monitoring health service providers compliance with Interim Prohibition Orders (IPOs) and/or Prohibition Orders (POs), and the implementation of Recommendations by providers arising from investigations. This will include conducting compliance checks to identify non-compliance, investigating and obtaining evidence of non-compliance and recommending action in accordance with relevant policies and procedures and the Health Complaints Act 2016.
