The Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C) is the regulator of the legal profession in Victoria. About the Position

We are currently looking for two Investigators to join our Discipline & Suitability team within the Investigations Division. These positions will be ongoing full time roles.The position handles investigations into complaints about lawyers and fitness to practice and disciplinary issues, and the related litigation and alternative regulatory responses, and handles these mindful of the need to progress matters in a timely and appropriate fashion, while maintaining good communication with all stakeholders. 

About You

The successful candidate will have a high level understanding of how to interpret and apply legislation, with strong communication and relationship management skills. The position requires the successful candidate to undertake litigation/prosecutorial actions including instructing and appearing as required.
