Are you a skilled leader in IT infrastructure and operations looking for a new challenge?
CFA is seeking a dynamic individual to take on the exciting Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations role. This is a leadership position reporting directly to the CIO. You will contribute to the reshaping of our ICT operating model and drive ICT value delivery to our volunteers and staff.
As the Manager IT Infrastructure & Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to Infrastructure, Networks, Web Services, Technical Services, and IT Desktop Support teams. You will use your expertise in ITIL Service Management Support and Delivery to ensure that agreed service levels are met and that all programs and activities are delivered within time and budget requirements.
In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will be a key driver of change within the organization. You will set specific goals for the team, build and develop their capabilities, and maximize their potential to meet current and future challenges. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring that CFA has the capacity to meet the evolving needs of our volunteers and staff.
