What You Will Be Doing

The IT Service Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions of the IT service delivery teams that enables the delivery of a high quality service and communication to its end users and consumers. The role ensures Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business and consumer needs.

This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish relationships and manage expectations within the business and drive the service delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

Effective communication with an organised, client focused, service delivery excellence orientation is critical to the success in this role.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Service Management or Support Leadership experience in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills – ability to communicate technical matters to a non-technical audience in a language they can understand
• Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
• Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and manage workloads
