About the project:

The Safety Compliance Project is responsible for implementing a range of risk mitigation strategies across identified CFA Brigades. These initiatives have a significant impact and include the rollout of training delivery, issuing of new equipment, introducing new training props and completing vehicle modifications.

You will provide direct support and advice to Regional Learning and Development teams, ensuring consistency and standardisation of leadership training and work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

About You:

You will have proven experience in a related role with well-developed written and verbal communication skills to develop reports & correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external customers.  Ideally you will also bring an understanding of contemporary-based training and development business practices.

Crucial to your success in this role is the requirement of TAE40116 and an understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of an RTO.

You will be highly organised, adaptable and able to juggle and prioritise multiple projects within budget, quality and time parameters. Further to this you will be professional, a great team member and excel in your follow up on tasks.
