About the role

Job Requirements 

  • Demonstrated experience working in Learning and Development or across the Organisational Development space, including developing and delivering learning content to audiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to credibly communicate at all levels of an organisation
  • We deliver on many initiatives and we're always looking for ways to improve for our people – so you'll be able to manage and juggle priorities

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

  • Undertake training needs analysis and engagement with stakeholders at all levels to identify and understand learning gaps and outcomes
  • Identify and implement learning solutions to meet strategic needs of the organisation and the target audience while ensuring that solutions can be repeated
  • Develop learning content and embed learning tools which support people at all organisational levels
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to review, develop and update the online learning offering
  • Administer and provide advice and analysis to influence system development and usage as a subject matter expert on learning and performance management system (LPMS)
