LOOKOUT Early Childhood Learning Advisor- Ongoing/ Full Time

As a LOOKOUT Early Childhood Learning Advisor you will play a critical role in improving the participation and experiences of children in out-of-home care (OoHC) in early childhood education and care services, including kindergarten and maternal and child health. You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in LOOKOUT Centres that are dedicated to improving engagement and educational outcomes for children in OoHC. To be successful you will have relevant experience in working collaboratively with early childhood educators, as well as professionals in the child and family services sector. You will also have exceptional analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. A number of positions are available across the four regions.

As a LOOKOUT Early Childhood Learning Advisor you will work in alignment with the Early Childhood LOOKOUT Practice Guide to:
* increase participation and engagement of children in OoHC with high quality early years services so that all children can have their learning, social and emotional needs effectively met before entering school
* increase capacity for system partners to support children in OoHC prior to school entry
* increase support to ensure children subject to Family Preservation Orders are accessing high quality kindergarten
