LOOKOUT Early Childhood Practice Leader positions will be based in each LOOKOUT Centre to support Executive Principals in managing and co-ordinating the Early Childhood program and staff, namely Early Childhood Learning Advisors and Streamlining Access Officers.
The focus of Early Childhood Practice Leader's work will be negotiated through consultation with each Executive Principal and will include:
* leading and supporting the practice of program staff, particularly in complex matters
* liaising with key internal stakeholders including within Area and Region
* liaising with key external stakeholders
* participating in recruitment, induction and ongoing mentoring support
* undertaking service delivery in identified areas consistent with the LOOKOUT Operating Model and the
Early Childhood Practice Guide
The LOOKOUT Early Childhood Professional Practice Leader position is a new role responsible for supporting LOOKOUT Principals in managing and co-ordinating the work of Early Childhood Learning Advisors and Streamlining Access Officers. You will work closely with LOOKOUT Principals to identify priorities regarding supporting and developing practice, as well as proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to undertake service delivery in identified areas consistent with the LOOKOUT Operating Model and the Early Childhood Practice Guide.
One Early Childhood Professional Practice Lead will be based in each of the four LOOKOUT Centre. Please indicate your preferred area by completing the preference sheet.
