Expressions of interest are sought for a new Research Project Manager role within the Lymphoma team in Clinical Haematology at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

The successful applicant will be overseeing major clinical and non-clinical research projects with the haematology department, with a focus on the field of lymphoma.  The initial aspect will be to support major national clinical trial in a project management role, to facilitate financial and grant report aspects of the trial and associated projects and site administrative/financial tasks.  Over time it is anticipated that the role will evolve to include supporting researchers in Clinical Haematology with investigtor initiated trial and non-trial research project submissions, coordination and management.  The role is the first such role in Haematology and as such there is an opportunity to develop the role.  A background in research is strongly encouraged and clinic and non-clinical research backgrounds are acceptable.  The role requires skills in project management and stakeholder interactions.
