MAINTENANCE MANAGER ROADSIDE

Annual Salary Range: VRO 4 - $90,705 - $110,357 + super

Tenure: Fixed Term (12 months)

Usual Work Location: Dandenong, Lilydale

Employment Type: Full Time (flexibility may be available)

 

About the Team

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network

About the Opportunity

Effectively lead, manage, motivate and develop a team of 2 Site Managers and a Works Engineer. The Maintenance Manager Roadside is responsible for delivering roadside maintenace across Eastern Metropolitan Region; Yarra Ranges, Knox, Maroondah, Nilumbik, Casey and Cardinia Councils.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • A current and valid Driver's License


  • Diploma or Cert 4 in an environmental discipline desirable


  • Experience in the horticultural maintenance (grass mowing, trees works weed control, amenity green space) highly regarded


  • Demonstrated ability to monitor, manages and plans resources and team activities to ensure effective alignment of goals to achieve business outcomes


  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Quality Assurance, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management by actively participating in relevant committees and workgroups
