About the Role:
Are you ready to lead the way in implementing the latest and most effective ways of operating within the CFA? We have an opportunity for an Analytics & Insights Manager within our Business Intelligence team!
As the Analytics & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-quality analytical support and data-driven insights. You will oversee the appropriateness and application of methods, techniques, and tools, ensuring that we are always using the latest and most effective ways of operating.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the CFA, including project leaders, brigades, media, emergency sector agencies, Board and Minister's Office, to identify actionable opportunities that fit data conventions and standards. You will ensure that data are available in visually meaningful ways that are easily understood, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions based on high-quality, visible data and information.
Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving change across the CFA, from community programs to performance monitoring, service delivery planning, and corporate reporting. You will be the driving force behind our efforts to stay ahead of the curve and ensure that we are always using the latest and most effective ways of operating.
