Manager, Funding and Partnerships

The Manager of the Funding and Partnerships Team within the Multicultural COVID-19 Response Unit (MCRU) will lead the delivery of multicultural grant programs, supervise and oversee the work of a large team of grants and program officers, provide advice and accurate information that influences decision making, and create linkages with other MCRU teams and initiatives, and build relationships within the department and across the wider Victorian Public Service and with community sector organisations.

To be successful in this role you will have experience leading programs and grants functions/consumer applications at the manager level, a strong analytical approach, a demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and be able to synthesise and communicate complex issues into actionable solutions.
