The Manager of the High Rise team is responsible for the development of asset lifecycle planning for the High Rise asset class. The team is responsible for the development of a High Rise Modernisation Strategy that encompasses the planning and programming of redevelopment, maintenance, and disposal opportunities for the high rise assets to ensure accommodation and service requirements meet the needs of the department and its clients now and into the future.

This rewarding and challenging role will work collaboratively within the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit's leadership group. 

This group will develop and implement innovative strategies and plans that maximises the performance of the existing asset and property portfolio with a focus on improved tenant/client, environmental, risk management and community outcomes. Key deliverables will include the development of a Homes Victoria asset class plans/programs that aligns with the asset management strategy and investment framework for the renewal, upgrade and maintenance of the housing and property portfolio.
