In this role you will: Play a critical role in the design and delivery of the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program and make a significant contribution to the Victorian Government’s objectives in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. You will lead the VEU Division's strategy, planning and performance functions including coordinating our capability build and business improvement initiatives.

The position is responsible for:

Establishing strategy, planning, risk management and performance frameworks


  • Facilitating regular divisional planning processes


  • Delivering regular program and performance reporting


  • Coordinating the divisional capability build


  • Delivering initiatives to build regulatory capability


  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
