Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP)

About the role

This significant role oversees a number of key functions within the Technology department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end users and ensures Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

About you

You will ideally bring experience technical capabilities that include extensive experience of managing 3rd parties and 3rd party delivered services, demonstrated knowledge and experience in the implementation and support of contemporary technologies including cloud, IAAS, PAAS and associated infrastructure and policies together with knowledge and experience in writing and implementing security policies with particular focus on cyber security.

A tertiary level qualification in Information Management, Information Systems and/or Business Analytics will help ensure your success in this role, as will ITIL qualification and expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
