About the Team

The Network Design and Integration Division transforms network strategies and plans into deliverable transport solutions. It does this by delivering informed investment options through planning and delivering infrastructure and deployment of asset management processes, including property.

About the Opportunity

The Manager, Tram Maintenance Facility and Infrastructure, NGT, primary purpose is to support the Project Director in the definition, scope, procurement and delivery of the Tram Maintenance Facility (TMF) and associated infrastructure. This key leadership role within the NGT project, manages the expert technical advice from internal and external authorities and determine actionable strategies and guidance within defined schedules.

About You

  • Expertise: Achievement in providing pivotal recommendations based on best practice compliant outcomes, preferably in rolling stock and infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder management: Demonstrated track record of developing constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving conflict and managing sensitivities to the satisfaction of the key stakeholders and the community.
  • Project delivery: Evidence in delivering infrastructure projects and meeting project objectives and their intended economic benefits and costs
  • Strategic planning: Experience as a key contributor in the development of organisational strategic technical objectives, with demonstrated ability to adapt to departmental policy and direction.
