Our Operational Communications division is responsible for coordinating and optimising state-wide emergency and non-emergency ambulance response, as well as the provision of patient care through Australia's largest ambulance triage directorate.
About the role
Ambulance Victoria currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Manager, Triage Operations to join our Triage Services directorate. Working closely with the Director, Operational Triage Services, this position is accountable for the overall leadership of staff and the management of operational issues within Secondary Triage.
With a key focus on leading process and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve greater efficiencies and alignment to policies and procedures, this position is critical to:
