Marketing Manager - Metropolitan

  • Annual Salary Range: VPS6 $124,033 - $165,983 + Superannuation

About the Opportunity 

The Metropolitan Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the DoT marketing strategy to deliver campaigns and activities aligned to the Brand Strategy for DoT.  

Working across the regional teams within DoT to identify opportunities for marketing campaigns targeting metropolitan and regional audiences, customers and the community.

The role must collaborate at a high level in the organisation to lead thinking on transport marketing strategies developing programs that support the Strategic Marketing Plan and brand strategy.

About You 

  • Have strong verbal presentation and written communications skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and utilise traditional and digital marketing techniques.
  • Have strong understanding and significant experience in current evidence-based marketing practices.
  • Possess innovative and specialist problem solving skills to effectively mitigate the risks of significant programs services, and drive continuous business improvement
  • Have strong financial management skills in developing budgets to support campaigns and initiatives, delivering programs and campaign on budget and measuring return on investment.  
  • Hold stakeholder relationship management skills along with strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes at a high level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management strategies as they relate to marketing campaigns.
