An exciting oppertunity for an experienced Project Manager is now available within Maternity Services at Joan Kirner Women's & Children's at Sunshine Hospital.
The Maternity Improvement Project Manager is a role for a professional facilitator who will provide leadership, project management and oversight in the planning, delivery, implementation and evaluation of improvement projects within Maternity Services.
The role will be required to work collaboratively across Women’s & Children’s services teams, and more broadly across Western Health, to ensure current project proposal deliverables are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
The Maternity Improvement Project Manager will work with senior managers, clinical/non-clinical staff and consumers to ensure that Maternity Services has an effective, co-ordinated, organisation-wide approach to quality system development and implementation. This role will ensure that Maternity Service’s approach to quality improvement remains contemporary, focused and based on the best available evidence.
