Austin Health is the major provider of tertiary health services, health professional education and research across many campuses in the northeast of Melbourne and state-wide. Austin Health is world-renowned for its research and specialist work in cancer, liver transplantation, spinal cord injuries, neurology, endocrinology, mental health and rehabilitation.

The Haematology Department is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist Grade 2 on a permanent FULL-TIME basis to work in our Haematology & Blood Transfusion department on a 24/7 shift roster.  

Experience in a diagnostic Haematology laboratory experience is essential for this position.

The ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised, when required, will be highly desirable.
