Part of a Team
The Medical Workforce team is embedded within the People and Culture Directorate of Barwon Health and is a high functioning small team who oversees the Human Resources functions for all Medical Staff in the organisation.
The People and Culture Directorate is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and Work Health and Safety.
About the Role
The Medical Workforce Coordinator position will play a vital role within the Medical Workforce Team.
You will join the Junior Medical Staff team and will be responsible for providing a service to a portfolio
Your key functions will include but are not limited to the below;
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is excited to bring new ideas and processes to the Medical Workforce Team.
Experience in rostering, leave management and VISA applications in a health setting would be highly advantageous.
