Mental Health Clinician - Box Hill Community Team

About the role

The Grade 2 Infant, Child, and Youth Mental Health Clinician/ Case Manager will work within the Box Hill Community Team at Eastern Health Infant, Child, and Youth Mental Health Service. The team works with children and young people aged 0-25 who have a serious and/or complex mental health illness and their families with a recovery oriented framework. The multi-disciplinary community team aims to provide high quality mental health assessment, case management, and clinical treatment and interventions.  We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to joing our team.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:


  • Experience in a child and adolescent mental health service.
  • A commitment to work with children and young people and their families to work toward recovery goals.
  • Current registration with AHPRA for Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Registered Psychiatric Nurses.
  • An ability to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team.
  • A strong commitment to high quality care, supervision and professional development.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
