Mental Health Program
Monash Health Mental Health Services provides a range of community, bed-based and specialist services covering the Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Kingston and Monash LGAs – a population of nearly one million. It has an operational budget of $130 million and employs approximately 820 EFT, representing over 1000 staff.
Psychology and Specialist Services (PsySS) in the Mental Health Program runs a number of programs across Monash Health including the Wellness and Recovery Centre. The Monash Health Wellness and Recovery Centre (WRC) Eating Disorder Service is a specialist service operating across Monash Health Campuses. The service offers comprehensive Eating Disorder assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment to individuals affected by Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge eating Disorder, and Other Specified Feeding & Eating Disorder (OSFED).

About the Role
The Mental Health Clinician position is a part time (0.6EFT) permanent position with the Wellness and Recovery Centre Inpatient Unit at Dandenong Hospital. Shifts are rostered across a 7 day week.
The Mental Health Clinician operates as part of a wider, multidisciplinary team providing treatment to individuals with eating disorders.
This role would suit an experienced mental health clinician who is passionate about supporting the recovery of individuals with an eating disorder.
The ability to engage and work with adults on an individual level will be highly regarded. This role will suit someone who wants to be part of the ongoing development of a service to improve the health and wellbeing of people with an eating disorder in a service known for innovation.
