What You Will Be Doing

Peninsula Health 10 bed Youth PARC (YPARC) and Adult PARC (APARC) services are 24 /7 residential services providing support to people experiencing significant mental health conditions that require clinical and/or psychosocial interventions, with an early intervention and recovery focus. The Occupational Therapist provides assessment and intervention through individual work, group work and consultation to the team.

This role will work 64 hours / fortnight, split evenly across both YPARC and APARC. Both services are located in Frankston.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience as an Occupational Therapist in a mental health setting
• Ability to supervise students and Grade 1 and/or 2 Occupational Therapists
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and evidence based practice.
• Post graduate qualification in mental health or related field desirable
