We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be Doing Peninsula Health 10 bed Youth PARC (YPARC) and Adult PARC (APARC) services are 24 /7 residential services providing support to people experiencing significant mental health conditions that require clinical and/or psychosocial interventions, with an early intervention and recovery focus. The Grade 2 Psychologist provides individual and group psychological assessment, formulation and treatment. This is a new Grade 2 psychology-specific position and an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing individual and group psychological assessment, formulation and treatment within a residential service. The Grade 2 psychologist will have clinical knowledge and skills in working therapeutically with clients experiencing mental health problems and be able to draw upon a range of evidence-based, therapeutic models. Grade 2 psychologists seeking endorsement support are encouraged to apply, as are more experienced Grade 2’s interested in working in public mental health settings with clients requiring residential care. This is a part time position working 64 hours / fortnight.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Current general AHPRA registration as a Psychologist• Experience working as a Psychologist in a mental health or equivalent setting• Experience conducting psychological assessments, developing psychological formulations and delivering psychological interventions• Post graduate qualification in mental health or related field desirable What NextIf you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People, Experience & Performance Team on (03) 9784 2700.
