Your success in this role, will be in your ability to  

• Draw on your extensive experience as a social worker working in mental health services 


• Respond to the workforce development needs of social workers


• Utilise the knowledge gained from your qualifications and industry experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training 


• Work effectively and efficiently in the CMHL team

Your Contribution

• At least 7-10 years' experience working in a clinical mental health service


• An approved degree in social work and eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers


• A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or demonstrated industry experience in designing and delivering training


• You will be a passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach


• Have experience in leading or contributing to projects and/or service development
