What You Will Be Doing

MePACs Is a 24hour monitoring service providing emergency response service to clients who are elderly, Frail and or living with disability throughout Australia.

Your duties will include but not limited to technical OnBoarding of products directly with clients, providing phone support to clients having difficulties using the service/devices and working through day to day technical support as required.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Computer and keyboard Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including telephone manner
• Experience with providing technical phone support to end users
• Experience with emergency alarm call systems(desirable)
• Excellent problem solving ability
