About the role

Eastern Health has a comprehensive Neurology service including a large Neuroimmunology service. In this role a Neurologist experienced in the management of Neuroimmunological conditions is required. The successful applicant/s will be required to provide specialist clinic consultation for patients with Neuroimmunological conditions whilst training and supervising neurology registrars. Employment is available for up to 2 sessions per week.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Sub-specialty training and experience in the management of patients with Neuroimmunological conditions, including multiple sclerosis

  • Current medical registration with AHPRA 

  • Post Graduate qualifications in neurology

  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

  • A strong commitment to high quality care

  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
