Neuropsychologist Grade 3

About the role


The Grade 3 Neuropsychologist will be responsible for providing clinical neuropsychology services to


the acute and sub-acute inpatient wards at various sites across Eastern Health depending upon


demand. Services to be provided include neuropsychological assessment, consultation to other staff


and programs, education to patients and carers, and management including behavioural intervention.  The Grade 3 neuropsychologist will deliver a responsive, evidence-based service, be experienced in working within a multidisciplinary team and to work well under time pressure. The Grade 3 Neuropsychologist will be responsible for supervising more junior staff and students where required.


About you 


To be successful in this role you will possess:



  • Registration with APHRA Board of Psychology

  • Endorsement for providing clinical supervision to post graduate students and junior neuropsychologist

  • Highly developed interpersonal and clinical experience

  • A strong commitment to high quality care

  • The ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Interest in research, teaching and publication
