Your new team



  • Busy 24 bed surgical ward providing a high quality of care for Urological, Vascular, Breast Oncology & Endocrinology Surgical patients

  • We enjoy a collaborative working environment

  • We are a supportive team working together to achieve the best outcome for our patients


Your success in this role, will be in your ability to



  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care

  • Sound clinical knowledge

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Work collaboratively with an established multidisciplinary health care team to achieve optimum patient outcomes and timely and effective patient flow

  • Manage and meet budgetary targets and identify opportunities for savings


Your Contribution



  • You are an influential leader with extensive leadership experience

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a large team

  • Previous experience as a Nurse Unit Manager

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Nursing

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management or working towards
